A Las Vegas attorney has paid $3 million for a modern-looking house next to the Frank Lloyd Wright house he bought a few years ago in Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood.
Zach Rawling bought the house, currently under construction, earlier this week through the David Wright House LLC, according to public records.
In 2012, he purchased what is known as the David and Gladys Wright House for $2.38 million to preserve it. The home’s previous owner had plans to demolish it and build a bigger house on the 2.5-acre site in the popular neighborhood.
