The Esplanade development in Phoenix is going to get $10 million worth of renovations and upgrades to its ground level shops and restaurant spaces.
Starting next year, architects and contractors will open up three entry points into the retail levels of the complex at 24th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix.
Walkways will be reconfigured to allow more indoor/outdoor stores and patio dining. They will also design more of a community square in the center of the complex.
The Esplanade is across the street from the Biltmore Fashion Park. The development includes offices, the Ritz-Carlton Phoenix and an AMC movie theater. The development is owned by MetLife.
