Below is a list of the deals closed Friday 10/31/14 in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$35.9M sale of Autumn Ridge apartments at NWC 19th Ave and Thunderbird (1944 W. Thunderbird Rd.) in Phoenix by Summit Autumn Ridge LLC, an entity formed by Summit Equity Investments Inc. out of Los Angeles, California. The buyer was an entity formed by Domain Communities out of Houston Texas. The site is approximately 31 acres and has access on both 19th Avenue and Thunderbird Road.

$9.4M sale of Red Mountain Storage at the NWC of Recker and McDowell Roads (5910 E. McDowell Rd.) in Mesa by an entity formed by Hibernia Red Mountain Manager LLC (Richard O’Brien, manager). The 7.775 acre site wraps around a parcel on the hard corner occupied by a CVS.

$8.375M ($53,685/unit) sale of the 156 unit Newport Mesa apartments on Southern Avenue just west of South Longmore (1620 W. Southern Ave.) in Mesa by an entity formed by Wiener Realty Corp. out of Mamaroneck, New York.

$7.75M ($51,667/unit) sale of the 150 unit Hidden Cove apartments just west of 19th Avenue on Union Hills Drive (2001 W. Union Hills Dr.) in Phoenix by Rosebud LLC out of New York. The site consists of two parcels totaling approximately 4.7 acres wrapping tightly around a retail center on the hard corner of 19th Ave and Union Hills.
