cease and decistOn October 27, 2014, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order directing Earl G. Carrier, Veronica M. Houck and R.J. Diamonds LLC dba Desert Vista Sales & Rentals to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any rental and/or leasing activity, as defined by A.R.S. §32-2101 et seq., and Property Management activity as defined by A.R.S. §32-2171 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly within the State of Arizona, without first complying with all applicable laws and rules. The Cease and Desist Order also directed Vee Kat, LLC, an unlicensed entity, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity as defined by A.R.S. §32- 2101 et seq, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first complying with all applicable laws and rules. Espinoza and SLP Realty LLC dba Scottsdale Luxury Properties to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any rental and/or leasing activity, as defined by A.R.S. §32-2101 et seq., and Property Management activity as defined by A.R.S. §32-2171 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly within the State of Arizona, without first complying with all applicable laws and rules.
