DR Horton introduces ‘Express Homes’ in Tucson

IMG_3041During Belfiore’s most recent survey in Tucson, DR Horton had opened three new communities along the I-19.  DR Horton is introducing a new series of homes called “Express Homes” in Rancho Resort, Mission Antigua, and Sunset Pointe.

According to public record, DR Horton closed on Rancho Resort on 10/1/2014 for $750,000 (68 finished lots / $11,029 per lot / $240 per avg. FF).  Located west of I-19 and north of Sahuarita Rd, Rancho Resort’s lots vary considerably, with the width ranging  from 34′-58′ and the depth ranging from 50′-60′.  Homes  start from  $87,900 – $134,900 and can be as small as 777 sf up to 1,772 sf.

Sunset Pointe, located north of Valencia Rd and east of Mission Rd, closed on 10/2/2014 for $608,000 ($32,000 per lot / $800 per FF).  According to public record, DR Horton closed on 19 – 40’ x 90’ finished lots, but  appears to have an option on the remaining 36 lots.  According to the public report, all 55 lots are included.   Homes prices range from $148,500 – $179,900 and range in size from 1,377 – 2,301 sf.

Mission Antigua,  located north of Irvington Rd and East of Mission Rd,  closed on 7/24/14 for $308,000 ($28,000 per lot / $622 per FF).  According to public record, the transaction included 11 – 45’ x 110’ lots, but DR Horton appears to have an option on the remaining 30 lots in this subdivision. According to the public report, all 41 remnant lots are included. Mission Antigua’s home prices range from $145,500 – $189,500 and range in size from 1,310 – 2,596 sf.
