Ebola victim’s family reaches ‘resolution’ with Dallas hospital

Attorneys representing the family of Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan said Tuesday they have reached a “resolution” with the Dallas hospital that treated him before he died Oct. 8.

According to a news release issued by law firm Miller Weisbrod, family members will appear at a news conference on Wednesday morning “regarding a resolution they have reached on behalf of the children and parents of the deceased with Texas Health Resources and all related entities.”

Details of the resolution were not available on Tuesday evening.
