Phoenix homebuilding market in top 10 for growth, study says

New home buying and building in metro Phoenix is down from last year and has yet to recover from the crash. But the Valley is considered one of the top 10 growth markets for new housing in 2015.

National housing research firm Metrostudy recently released a ranking of its projected top homebuilding markets for next year. Metro Phoenix ranked No. 10. The retirement community Villages, Fla., ranked No. 1. The Orlando area was No. 2 and Raleigh, N.C., came in at No. 3.
