Queen Creek approves Heritage Square development plans

Plans are moving forward for a 14.5-acre Heritage Square commercial development containing a Goodwill store on the northeast corner of Ellsworth Road and Heritage Loop Road.

The Queen Creek Town Council approved the preliminary plat and site plan in September. The parcel will also contain smaller single tenants and multi-tenants as well as locations for drive-through restaurants. The site is surrounded by Queen Creek Crossroads on the north, BMO Harris Bank on the south, Cornerstone at Queen Creek to the east and Queen Creek Fiesta on the west.
