Seventh Street infill development sold for $6.1 million

An infill shopping center that was previously a Methodist Church and school built in the 19th century at Seventh Street and Osborn Road has been sold for $6.1 million.

The Old School 07 center is now home to a Starbucks (SBUX), Buffalo Exchange and Taco Guild, which is located in the former church building.
