Stonebridge and Querencia under development in North Peoria

Querencia Affidavit During Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent survey in North Peoria, Stonebridge, an AV Home Subdivision, was under development. Located on the southwest corner of Jomax Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway, this subdivision was recently acquired by AV Homes as reported on September 3, 2014 in the Rose Law Group Reporter.

Just a stones throw away from Stonebridge, Querencia, a Meritage subdivision, is also under development. According to public records, Jen/TerraWest closed on these 72 pre-plat lots on March 7, 2014 for $6,078,500 ($84,424 per lot, click here to view affidavit). 65 of the lots are 70’x130′ and seven of the lots are acre+ lots.
