An administrative law judge is recommending the Arizona Corporation Commission approve an agreement that includes – at least for the next year – a modest hike in monthly wastewater bills for EPCOR Water Arizona, Inc.’s Sun City customers while slightly hiking monthly bills for Sun City West users.
Judge Dwight Nodes’ recommendation, issued Tuesday, still requires approval by the commission, which will meet later this month, according to ACC spokeswoman Rebecca Wilder. No date has been set, Wilder said.
