$47.1M sale ($150,000/unit) of the 314 unit Broadstone at Twin Fields apartments just east of San Tan Village on the south side of E. Williams Field Road and the Loop 202 San Tan Freeway in Gilbert (2505 E. Williams Field Rd.) by Broadstone at Twin Fields LP, an entity formed by Alliance Residential Company in Phoenix. The buyer was a company formed by Farnham Realty Inc. in Phoenix.

$5.77M+ sale of 640 acres of raw land on the north side of Sisson Road just east of S. Painted Rock Dam Rd outside of Gila Bend by Sisson North LLC, an entity formed by Vince and Dwayne Dobson. The section of land is west of Gila Bend and approx. 3 miles north of the Abengoa solar project.
