On Nov. 24, Glendale City Council annexed more than 100 acres near Loop 303 and approved new annexation documents, which could bring growth and revenues to the city and benefit the developers who want to start new construction.

Those parcels will serve as the foundation for the Falcon and Sabre business parks, according to materials accompanying the agenda item and a development map available on the website of Land Advisors Organization in Scottsdale.
The 147 acres that became part of the city last month are located at the northeast corner of Loop 303 and Bethany Home Road, due west of Luke Air Force Base.
