Jan Brewer to hold off enforcing its ruling that she and the state Department of Transportation are acting illegally in refusing to issue licenses to those accepted into the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. Brewer had sought time to prepare a petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review – and overturn – that 9th Circuit ruling.
