The deal includes the sale of two parcels for $7.16M and $2.74M, at the SWC of W. Bell and N. 59th Ave. (5940 W. Bell Rd.) in Glendale. The lot size is 487,981 square-feet.
Delaware-based U.S. Bank sold the $7.16M parcel and a Georgia-based entity, Desc Remainderman, LLC, sold the $2.74M parcel. Currently the 126,790 square-foot furniture store, All American Fine Outdoor Funishings sits on the parcels.
