In other parts of the U.S., homeowners trying to sell often take their houses off the market during the holidays. In the Midwest and on the East Coast, many owners are busy shoveling snow, and potential buyers don’t want to navigate icy roads to check out houses.
But in metro Phoenix, the next few months are prime time for the housing market.
The first three months of year are some of the Valley’s strongest for sales. Many deals made during the holidays close during the first quarter.
