Land sold, speculative industrial development planned for Loop 202

Tempe-based Chamberlain Development LLC has bought a 10.5-acre property off Loop 202 in Chandler for $3.2 million and plans to build industrial buildings there.

The property is near the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Willis Road.

Chamberlain bought the parcel from Siebe and Eileen Hamstra. The buildings will total more than 139,700 square feet.

Lee & Associates Principal Matt Hobaica negotiated the deal. The industrial buildings are slated to deliver in 2015.
