$5M + Deals – Pointe South Mountain Apartments in Phoenix, commercial center in Tolleson

Below are the deals closed Wednesday, January 21, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$33M ($90,659 per unit) sale of The Pointe at South Mountain Apartments at S. Pointe Parkway and Calle Guadalupe (8809 S. Pointe Parkway), off Interstate 10, in Phoenix, by CH Pointe at South Mountain Communities LLC, a company formed by ColRich in San Diego, Calif.

A company formed by ConAm Group of Cos. in San Diego, Calif., bought the 364-unit Pointe at South Mountain apartments.

The condos sit on 11.88 acres, and was built in 1988.

$13.4M sale of a commercial center at N. 91st Avenue and Interstate 10 (1204 N. 91st Avenue), in Tolleson, by Legacy Tolleson. The 8.35-acre commercial center is home to a Legacy Suites Extended Stay, which was built in 2009.
