Below are the deals closed Tesday, January 6, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$49.15M sale of the approximately 240,000 SF Kierland II office complex located just south and west of N. Scottsdale and E. Bell Roads (16260 N. 71st St.) in Scottsdale by The Prudential Insurance Company of America. An entity formed by LBA Realty out of Irvine, California purchased the 4 story property that was built in 2001 and sits on approximately 14 acres.

$34.95M sale of the Midtown on Main Street apartments located just west of W. Main Street and S. Dobson Road (2121 W. Main St.) in Mesa by Bay Club Partners 472 LLC, an entity formed by Residential Equity Partners out of Portland, Oregon.
