Below are the deals closed Wednesday, December 31, 2014, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$41.5M sale of the 60 acre Mesa Spirit RV Resort just south of the SEC of E. University Drive and N. Lindsay Road (3020 E. Main St.) in Mesa, by Trailer Village, Inc. (Rory Dunkel, President). With 60 acres in the heart of Mesa zoned RM-4 (Residential Multiple Dwellings up to 30 du/ac.) there is a lot of potential beyond the 1,800+ RV spaces.

$18.95M ($258.25/SF) sale of the three story 73,377 SF office building at the NWC of E. Cotton Center Boulevard and S. 48th Street (4950 S. 48th St.) just across from the Tempe Diablo Stadium facilities in Phoenix by Mutual of Omaha Bank. According to the Business Journal, Mutual of Omaha purchased the property in August of last year for $12M with plans to occupy it and move in nearly 300 employees.
