ABM leases 25,639-SF, consolidates three locations

ABM_RooseveltCommonsDTZ, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that ABM (NYSE: ABM) leased 25,639 square-feet at 2631 S. Roosevelt Street in Tempe. The Fortune 500 company consolidated three offices in metro-Phoenix into the Roosevelt location.

DTZ Vice President Marc Tuite and Associate Vice President Scott Isacksen and Houston-based Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners represented ABM during the lease negotiations. Bill Bayless with CBRE represented the landlord, LBA Realty Fund II – WBP VI, Inc.
