$11.2M sale of the Washington Business Park, on the south side of E. Washington Street, east of Loop 202 (5324 E. Washington Street), by Breof Aip Phoenix, LLC, an entity of Brookfieled Asset Management, Inc., which has a number of international locations. The business park, built in 1985, is located on at least two parcels totaling about 8.5 acres.
The deal may have also included a Motel 6 on the south side of E. Van Buren Street, east of Loop 202 (5315 E. Van Buren Street), but The Dealmaker was unable to confirm details.
