Colorado firm acquires two Arizona retirement communities

Caddis Capital Investments LLC has acquired two properties in Arizona for a total of $10.8 million.

Littleton-based Caddis Capital bought Paradise Valley Ranch, a 168-unit manufactured home community in Paradise Valley, Arizona, and Chaparral Ranch, a 100-home community in Apache Junction, Arizona. Both communities are for residents ages 55 years or older.

Both towns are suburbs of Phoenix.
