Development experts to help Eloy analyze its downtown

A group of professionals is willing to give the City of Eloy advice on how to develop its downtown.

This spring a panel of experts will study, review and comment on the strengths, weaknesses, possibilities and threats associated with downtown Eloy.

The Arizona District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) administers several programs that utilize the skill set of its diverse membership and other real estate professionals to benefit local communities.

ULI instituted the Arizona Technical Assistance Panel as a service to assist Arizona municipalities, counties, regions and nonprofits in the preliminary study of unique land use, planning, development and redevelopment issues.
