Did you know the Latin American market is expected to reach 2.3 gigawatts in 2015, tripling its size over 2014?

Returning for its eighth consecutive year, the Solar Summit is Greentech Media’s annual flagship and longest-standing solar conference, which attracts leaders from across the entire solar value chain. New in 2015, attendees will also have the opportunity to register for a preconference seminar focused on Latin America: The Next Solar Frontier on Tuesday, April 14. The half-day series of sessions is not to be missed and will include proprietary GTM Research data presentations and the identification of opportunities within the Latin American market.

Last year’s Solar Summit included a trailblazing GTM Research presentation by Senior Vice President Shayle Kann on solar disruption in the wholesale energy markets. Eric Wesoff, Editor-in-Chief of Greentech Media, explained how Kann’s presentation and analysis “really connect the dots between the growth in solar and DG and the looming existential threat to utilities.” (The presentation can be viewed here.)

This April, the GTM Research team will discuss four distinct themes during the conference’s Wednesday afternoon session, including modules, balance-of-systems, inverters and asset management. On Thursday morning, the Summit will focus on “solar plus,” with sessions on solar in the connected home, the empowered commercial customer, and solar-plus-storage. (Check out the full agenda here.)

The Solar Summit focuses on what the solar industry needs to know now, making it the premier conference for defining industry needs and creating new business opportunities for the upcoming year.  Powered by the research and analysis of the GTM Research team, the 2015 agenda includes thought-provoking panels, engaging debates among the industry’s top thought leaders, and an interactive polling session that will give participants the opportunity to see how their opinions measure up against the experts.

Solar Summit 2014 featured a sold-out crowd — join us and register today to attend in 2015!
