3 new developments are under construction in Tempe

During Belfiore’s most recent visit to the City of Tempe, three subdivisions were under development.

Bella Vita Townhomes

Bella Vita Townhomes:  Fortress Homes LLC closed on these 18 final platted townhome lots on Nov. 14, 2014, for $1 million ($56,389 per lot, click here to view affidavit), according to public record. Located off of Curry and Miller roads, several slabs had already been poured and site development was under way.

Newport
Newport at Tempe

The Newport  at Tempe:   CJR Holdings LLC (Chris Risi) closed on this raw 2.3 acre site on January 15, 2013 for $750,000 ($326,087 per acre/$19,737 per planned lot, click here to view affidavit), according to public record. This subdivision is located off Weber Drive and Harold Street. During Belfiore’s visit to the site, many homes were being framed. Risi Homes is currently taking reservations.

6th Street
421 West 6th Street

421 West 6th Street: During Belfiore’s most recent visit, the site was under development. Symi Development LLC closed on this raw 78-acre site on July 23, 2103, for $575,000 ($737,179 per raw acre/$23,958 per planned unit, click here to view affidavit), according to public record. Located off 6th Street and Farmer Avenue, this site received its public report on December 30, 2014.
