$5M+ Deal – $9.9M sale of west Valley shopping center

Below is the deal that closed Thursday, February 19, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified this transaction.

$9.9 million sale of the Bethany Square Shopping Center on the northeast corner of W. Bethany Home School Road and N. 43rd Avenue (6015 N. 43rd Avenue) in Phoenix, by Bethany Square Shopping Center LLC, an entity of Mesa-based Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments.

The 7.5-acre shopping center was built in 1973 and is anchored by a Goodwill.
