Below is the deal that closed Thursday, February 19, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified this transaction.

$9.9 million sale of the Bethany Square Shopping Center on the northeast corner of W. Bethany Home School Road and N. 43^rd Avenue (6015 N. 43^rd Avenue) in Phoenix, by Bethany Square Shopping Center LLC, an entity of Mesa-based Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments.

The 7.5-acre shopping center was built in 1973 and is anchored by a Goodwill.
