$27.1 million sale of the Black Canyon Corporate Center office complex on the west side of Interstate 17 between W. Bell Road and W. Paradise Lane (16404 N. Black Canyon Highway), by Black Canyon CC, LLC, an entity of Parallel Capital Partners in San Diego, Calif. The buyer was SCRE II Black Canyon LP, an entity out of Vancouver, British Columbia.
The 229,001 square-foot complex, built in 1980, sits on just under 19 acres in north Phoenix. One tenant is Paychex Payroll Services.
