$183 million sale of Riverpoint Business Park near the southwest corner of Interstate 10 and 32nd Street (4050 S. Riverpoint Parkway), in Phoenix by American Realty Capital Properties Inc. to Epic LLC and Crown Properties Inc., reported by Business Real Estate Weekly. For more information, click here.

$36.25 million sale of the 270-unit Trillium Papago apartment complex ($134,259/unit) at the northeast corner of E. Van Buren Street and N. 60th Street (4950 E. Van Buren Street) in east Phoenix by Trillium at Papago. The property was bought by MG Ascent Apartments LP. For more information, click here.

The apartments, which sit on about 9 acres, were built in 2007.
