New $15M mountainside mansions near Lincoln Drive coming to Phoenix

Frank Lloyd Wright-trained architect Vern Swaback and luxury home developer Garth Wieger are building a new exclusive, 12-lot enclave in the Phoenix mountains near Lincoln Drive and 40th Street.

Their Crown Canyon Development will feature mountainside homes sites ranging between $1.6 million and $2 million. Each site will be named after gems such as emerald, ruby, sapphire, amber and jade. The lots are nestled back in mountain areas of Lincoln Drive, Swaback said. The luxury homes will range in price between $6 million and $15 million.
