Wood Partners, LLC announced today the official opening of Alta Scottsdale, a $38 million luxury apartment complex with 218 units located one mile from downtown Scottsdale. The property is already 25 percent full after two months of pre-leasing.
“The apartment homes at Alta Scottsdale, with avant-garde features within practical, comfortable spaces, have proven to be popular,” said Todd Taylor, Wood Partners’ development director for Arizona and Nevada. “It really comes down to an incredible value proposition with thoughtful units and amenities in a prime location.”
Alta Scottsdale, two four-story elevator buildings on 6.5 acres designed by Womack and Hampton, reflects the Old Town neighborhood that surrounds it with floor plans named after cocktails. Tours of the Mojito, the Cosmopolitan and the Mai Tai are offered daily.
