18.7 million ($86.48/SF) sale of the 216,240 SF Canyon Village office building, at the northeast corner of Thompson Peak Parkway and Legacy Boulevard (18801 N. Thompson Peak Parkway), in north Scottsdale by Canyon Village LLC, an entity of DMB Associates, Inc., a Scottsdale-based real estate firm.
The buyer was Canyon Village Partners LLC, an entity of Laurus Corporation, a Los Angeles-based private real estate investment and development firm. The buyer made a $3.7 million down-payment for the loan.
The property, built in 2007 and zoned C-0, sits on 5.5 acres of land in DC Ranch.
