$5M+ Deals – 200k SF Industrial deal near 101

$6.5M sale ($33.19/SF) of the 198,826 SF industrial property adjacent to the Broadway 101 Commerce Park just north of W. Broadway Road east of the 101 Freeway (2432 W. Birchwood Ave.) in Mesa by 2432 Birchwood Associates LLC, an entity formed by EverWest Real Estate Partners out of Denver, Colorado.

The buyer was IPT Mesa DC, LLC, an entity formed by Industrial Property Trust (IPT), also based in Denver, Colorado. IPT focuses on owned and operated distribution warehouses leased to corporate customers.

The 4.6 acre property, which was built in 2000, is leased to Longust flooring company as a distribution center. EverWest made the Dealmaker $5M+ list last Thurs. with the $8.9M purchase of an office project in Gilbert.
