$6.35 million sale of Country Inn & Suites at W. Agua Fria Freeway and N. 29th Avenue (20221 N. 29th Avenue), in Phoenix, by Inns of Arizona LLC to PV Deer Valley LLC.
The 72,761-square foot hotel, which sits on 3.3 acres, was built in 1999.
