Below are the deals closed Friday, March 13, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$18.75 million sale of the 314-unit, $101,178 square-foot ($59,713/unit) Copper Ridge Apartments near the northwest corner of east McKellips Road and Mesa Drive (550 E. McKellips Road), in Mesa, by LMREC CDO II REO XIV (Glenn A. Sonnenberg, president), an entity of Latitude Management Real Estate Investors, based in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The buyer was Deancurt Realty Group Inc, a company based in Agawam, Mass. The apartments were built in 1987 and sit on 4.4 acres.

$5.75 million ($65/SF)  sale of the 88,739 square-foot Freeway Village Shopping Center on the southwest corner of Stapley Drive and the U.S. 60 (1455 S. Stapley Dr.) in Mesa by Freeway Village Shopping Center Inc., (Jack J. Walker, president), an entity based out of Boulder, Colo.

The buyer was Tim Ernst and Susan Well Ernst, as Co-Trustees of the Weil Ernst Trust, dated September 10, 2009 AND Schneider Family I, LLC.

The 7.6-acre property is zoned C-2.
