$15.9 million sale of senior living facility Brookdale North Chandler, near W. Elliot Road and S. Loop 101 (2555 N Price Road), in Chandler by Nationwide Health Properties LLC, based in Chicago.
The property was sold to BKD North Chandler an entity of Brookdale Senior Living in Milwaukee.
The facility, on 3.8 acres and built in 1986, was formerly Park Regency. It is a full-service retirement community offering independent living, assisted Living, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care and skilled nursing options, according to their website.

$5.2 million sale of at least one parcel in East Valley Town Center on the northwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Warner Road (180 W. Warner Road), in Chandler, by East Valley Partners LLC, an entity out of North Carolina. The property was sold to NexMetro Grace LLC, out of Phoenix.
The $136,426 square-foot center, on 16 acres, was built in 1991.
