Builder pays $4M to bring luxury residences to Cave Creek

Richmond American Homes of Arizona LLC in Scottsdale (David Viger, regional pres.) plans to build 17 luxury residences within the Canyon Ridge Estates community in Cave Creek.

The builder paid just under $4.073 million ($239,583 per lot) to acquire the finished lots, which range from 1 + to 7.2 acres.

The home sites encompass 37.94 acres of land located northwest of Cave Creek Road and Carefree Highway. The seller was Proffitt Investment Holdings LLC in Fountain Hills (Kathryn Proffitt, principal).
