A $40M mixed-use project called Noria featuring architecture similar to the iconic Agritopia will be built on 36 acres on the southeast corner of McQueen and Germann in Chandler.
“It will be similar to Agritopia with an architectural style that is agricultural in nature; it’s supposed to be reminiscent of barns, not red barns like you see in the Midwest, but more like Arizona agriculture – low buildings with big overhangs, lots of exposed structural steel, and stone,” said project architect Robin Benning of Whitneybell Perry.
Chandler expects to see construction drawings soon for a total building area of 354KSF.
