Phoenix high-rise sold yesterday goes for $20M less than it did in 2007, reports BREW

YestSecurity Title Plaza erday, Dealmaker reported in $5M+ Deals that the 364,352 square-foot high-rise at the southwest corner of Weldon and Central avenues (3636 N. Central Avenue) in Phoenix sold for $18 million.

The buyer was Heckethorn Towers LLC, an entity of Heckethorn Products Inc., (Beth A. Dunn, member) based out of Dyersburg, Tenn.

Today Business Real Estate Weekly is reporting the building was purchased for $20 million less than it was in 2007.
