$5M+ Deal – $14.25M sale of condos in Gilbert

Below is the deal that closed Friday, April 10, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$14.25 million ($133,177/condo) sale of the 107-unit Vintage Condominiums on the southwest corner of W. Juniper Avenue and N. Horne Street (1303 W. Juniper Avenue) in Gilbert by a group of LLCs:  Vintage Gilbert LLC, HUB Realty LLC, CDD Arizona Properties LLC, 810 Common LLC. The LLCs appear to be created by HUB Realty a Chandler-based firm that specializes in residential and commercial real estate, property management and investments.

The buyer was Clear Sky Vintage LP, which made a $4.15 million down payment on the property.

The gated apartments, built in 2000, offer five floorplans, consisting of lofts, one, two and three bedrooms. Amenities include attached/detached garages, private balconies and patios, clubhouse with billiards and plasma television, fitness center, two full-size racket ball courts and an indoor basketball court.
