$5M+ Deal – $5.6M commercial property in Goodyear

Below is the deal that closed Monday, April 13, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$5.6 million sale of a commercial property at the northeast corner of Dysart Road and Rancho Santa Fe Boulevard (1330 N. Dysart Road) in Goodyear by PV Dysart LLC an entity of PacVentures, a San Diego-based commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and development of industrial, retail, and office properties in the Southwest.

The buyer was Eureka, Calif.-based Coastal Care Centers Incorporated, which made a down payment of just under $2 million on a conventional loan.

The 1.9-acres lot, zoned Planned Area Development (PAD), was home to a former 6,500-square-foot Bill Johnson’s Big Apple and adjacent to a Lowe’s.
