$5M+ Deal – $7.8M medical plaza in Goodyear

Below is the deal that closed Wednesday, April 8, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. The Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$7.8 million for the Palm Valley Medical Plaza on at the southeast corner of N. 137th Lane and W. McDowell Road (13657 W. McDowell Road) in Goodyear by Hassert LP, an entity of Plaza Companies, which develops, acquires, manages and leases medical office properties, senior living communities and bioscience/biotechnology centers in Arizona.

The buyer was ARHC PVGYRAZ01 LLC, an entity created by investment firm New York-based AR Capital.

The 39,301 square-foot building was built in 1995 and sits on 3.8 acres of land. It is adjacent to West Valley Hospital, a level 1 trauma center.
