$5M+ Deals – South Phoenix Warehouse and Distribution Facility

$5.125M sale of the 248,635 SF warehouse facility just north and west of S. 24th Street and E. Broadway Road (2021 E. Jones Ave.) in Phoenix by the Michael Lewis Company based out of McCook, Illinois. The buyer was Brisack Road Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Cohen Asset Management Inc. based out Los Angeles, California. Brisak purchased the property with $4.875M down on a conventional loan.

The property was built in 1997, covers 5.7 acres and is within the Twenty Fourth Street Industrial Park.

Michael Lewis Co., a global provider of in-flight services to airlines, purchased a 30 acre parcel in Goodyear within the Goodyear Gateway South foreign trade zone with plans to build a new 250,000 SF warehouse and distribution facility so this may be the tail end of the process of moving to that new space.

Cohen Asset Management is a real estate investment firm based in southern California specializing in industrial properties who owns, develops and operates properties across the U.S.
