Glendale hiring consultant to sell city-owned buildings

Glendale City Council is expected to hire a real estate consultant next month that will help the city sell buildings that are vacant or used less than they could be.

Two months ago, city officials issued a notice of intent to award the contract to DTZ, a national real estate firm that recently merged with Cassidy Turley, which originally responded late last year to the city’s request for proposals.
