Harkins slates groundbreaking for Goodyear multiplex

Harkins Theatres’ planned Goodyear multiplex will break ground later this month.

The Scottsdale-based theater chain’s Harkins Estrella Falls 16 will break ground April 25 at an event featuring CEO Dan Harkins, Goodyear Mayor Georgia Lord and Macerich Vice President Garrett Newland.

The 78,000-square-foot multiplex is part of the long-in-the-works Estrella Falls regional mall, slated to go up in Goodyear north of McDowell Road between Pebble Creek Parkway and Bullard Avenue.
