Dealmaker reported in its Monday edition of $5M+ Deals that Casa Bellisima Venture, LLC purchased the Glendale Commons apartments for $8.95 million.

Casa Bellisima Venture, LLC is an entity of New York City-based Dalan Management Associates (Daniel Wrublin and Andy Wrublin, principals) and Phoenix-based VM Management LLC (Daniel Mickelson, Gladys Valencia Mickelson and Raul Valencia, principals). The principals can be reached at 212-929-8100 ext. 17 (Daniel Wrublin) and 917-656-8203 (Daniel Mickelson).
The property consists of 276 units located in Glendale near the southwest corner of 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Road (6565 W. Bethany Home Road and 5801 N. 67th Ave), and was acquired for $32,427 per unit.
Dalan and VM have bought more than 1,200 multi-family units in the Valley since they entered the market in 2011, including the Bethany Park Apartments in October 2013, the Glendale Manor Apartments in January 2014 and the Del Sol Apartments in June 2014. Dalan and VM are looking for additional multifamily and value-add opportunities in the Phoenix market.
