$5M+ Deal – $6M retail center in Glendale

Below is the deal that closed Thursday, May 7, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$6 million sale of a retail center near the southeast corner of W. Mohawk Lane and N. 59th Avenue (20392 N. 59th Drive) in Glendale by AHR LLC, which appears to be an entity of Patrick Properties Inc., a privately held, Scottsdale-based real estate acquisition and development company.

The buyer was DCL Investments LLC and NCW Investments LLC.

The 2.27-acre center, located at Loop 101 and 59th Avenue in the Arrowhead Ranch housing community, was built in 2000. Tenants include Nationwide Vision, Graziano’s Pizzeria and Grand Canyon Title Agency.
