$5M+ Deal – $8.6M retail center at Arrowhead mall

Below is the deal that closed Monday, May 18, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these a transactions.

$8.6 million sale of a retail center on the northwest corner of N. 75th Avenue and W. Bell Road (7580 W. Bell Road) in Glendale by VP-TCS LLC an entity created by Vintage Partners, based in the Biltmore Fashion Park.

The buyers, through Chicago Deferred Exchange Company as Qualified Intermediary, were Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. and LHC15 Glendale AZ LLC.

The buyers paid cash for the 3.5-acre property, which sits adjacent to Arrowhead Towne Center mall and includes furniture store Razmataz as a tenant.
