$5M+ Deal – Residence Inn near Fiesta Mall in Mesa for $10M

Below is the deal that closed Tuesday, May 19, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these a transactions.

$10 million sale of the Residence Inn Phoenix Mesa on the southeast corner of W. Grove Avenue and S. Westwood Drive (941 W. Grove Avenue) in Mesa by CSM RI Mesa LLC an entity of CSM Corporation, a Minnesota-based real estate firm.

The buyer was BRE Timberwolf Property Owner LLC, an entity created by Blackstone Group, a global investment and advisory firm.

The hotel, which was built in 1998, is located in the Fiesta District of Mesa, an area that includes Fiesta Mall, Banner Desert Medical Center and Mesa Community College.

It sits on a 2.6-acre lot across from big-box retailer Best Buy.

The all-suite hotel includes fully equipped kitchens, with options of studio, one- and two-bedroom units.
