$5M+ Deal – Office building in central Phoenix goes for $10.195M

Below is the deal that closed Friday, May 8, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$10.195 million sale of a low-rise office building on the northwest corner of E. Roosevelt and N. 1st streets (1001 N. Central Avenue) by 1001 N. Central Holdings LLC an entity created by San Jose-based Southwest Investment Funds LLC.

The buyer was K2H Central LLC, a Vancouver-based entity.

The more than 179,000 square-foot, 9-story building, houses Maricopa County Environmental Services & Air Quality Departments and Cavco Homes.

The structure was built in 1982.
